I stayed at VIALA. The room felt new and clean. The grounds were spacious and designed in such a way that you could feel the majestic nature. I think it's a great place to stay in your room for a long time, but there are a few things... Anyway, the hallway was long and it was a hassle to go to the bathroom or to eat. I think the spacious facility creates a sense of freedom, but this is the first time I've experienced such a hassle getting around. Also, as mentioned in some of the reviews, there were a lot of stains that made me feel like the water area was not cleaned properly on a regular basis. It's not so bad that you can't use it, but I think it's not good for a members-only resort hotel. Also, I could hear children's voices because the walls in the room were thin. There were also quite a few voices from people walking down the hallway. Next time, I think I'll stay somewhere other than VIALA.

I think it's a wonderful facility, with a simple and elegant feel that gives it a very luxurious atmosphere. Personally, I liked the use of trees and lighting. The view of Mt. Asama from the garden was perfect for the atmosphere and was an important element for relaxing. Since it's far from Karuizawa Station, there's plenty of parking and there are buses, so I don't have to worry about that. The hot spring was simple, but it was spacious and relaxing. I would like to stay there again.

A location near Lake Shiozawa with a clear view of Mt. Asama. Unlike Old Karuizawa and Shin Karuizawa, you can't take a walk through the trees, but it's nice to walk around the hotel's vast grounds. The interior of the building is spacious and has an open feel. I have nothing to complain about the facilities. Since it is a members only resort hotel, there is no excessive service. The room is not as big as I expected, but it is sufficient. The front desk is separate for members and visitors, which can't be helped. By the way, there was a 30-minute queue for visitor checkout (members are not forced to wait), so be careful if you don't give yourself enough time. It's unfortunate that some young male hotel staff don't seem to have much time to spare, so you can't rely on them for hospitality, but you can rest assured that the veteran hotel staff and hotel women will provide you with a truly pleasant experience. They are such professionals and I feel like this hotel is worth it! Also, please note that Japanese housekeepers will greet you, but foreign housekeepers will ignore you even if you greet them. (Probably dispatched) Overall, there are individual differences in the customer service of hotel staff.

I stayed here for the first time in three months on a weekend in mid-December. Harvest Club is located in the elegant Shiozawa district where Karuizawa's villas are lined up, and the vast space is overwhelming. We had breakfast while looking at Mt. Asama. At night, we were soothed by the bonfire and sparkling tree in the lovely well-maintained garden. The open-air bath was surrounded by clean air and silence, with slightly warm carbonated spring water, and I enjoyed traveling through time with the same scenery. Great customer service and food, ample amenities, a spa, a spacious sauna, and a cold bath that is much larger than Nasu, Kyu Karuizawa, Grand Deco, and Kinugawa. Also, like Hakone Koshien and Ito, the spas are switched between men and women in the morning and evening, allowing you to enjoy different scenery. You can enjoy the buffet in the morning and evening. If you want to enjoy your meal in peace and quiet, Japanese cuisine is recommended. Considering the atmosphere and quality, I think it's reasonable. On another day, we enjoyed Japanese food in the evening. Haagen-Dazs, Lady Boden, and other products can be purchased from vending machines within the facility, making it perfect for after a bath. Other Harvest Clubs have a lot of customers who are well-mannered, but there are only high-class clubs, and I felt that most of the customers had high morals, such as sauna etiquette. It is definitely a high class resort facility.

The favorability level exceeds Hoshino's "world" ~ This hotel is really great! ! (I was a little worried because there weren’t many reviews~) high ceiling hall spacious room Art installations filled with cute animals everywhere spacious turf Even if many people use it at the same time, it won’t feel crowded. Exquisite and delicious breakfast There are regular buses to and from the station A very perfect accommodation experience. I will try other Tokyu Group hotels next time👍👍
